• The account must be in good standing.
• The account must not already be on a paid Basic or Full Access plan.
• Accounts on custom or Enterprise plans may have different terms.

Only the discount offer that was sent specifically to you or addressed to you shall apply. At the end of your discount offer, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current standard subscription rate unless cancelled in accordance with these terms. The discount offer does not apply to Full Access affiliate seat fees. Affiliates will be billed at the standard rate. Applicable taxes and fees may apply. The discount offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, advertising credit, or discount offer. The discount offer is not redeemable for any value and is not refundable.

Redeem exclusively through the unique link provided in the official discount offer email. The discount offer is available for a limited period only. These discount offers only apply to Premium Business accounts that pay via Stripe on a designated Basic or Full Access annual tier. X reserves the right to determine how many times it issues the discount offer.

X may remove your gold checkmark or other badging at any time, without notice, including for violations of the X Purchaser Terms, X Terms of Service, discount offer, or its rules and policies or if the account is suspended.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Settings tab in your Premium Business Portal, as described here. Cancellation immediately removes the gold checkmark. Affiliated accounts, if any, immediately lose their checkmarks and affiliate badges. You will not be billed after the current billing cycle ends. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. No refunds or credits are provided for unused or partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law. If your subscription is cancelled, terminated, upgraded, or downgraded, any unused discount offer is invalidated and cannot be redeemed.

X may modify, suspend, or revoke this offer and/or change these terms at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion, including for ineligibility, misuse, policy violations, or legal, business, or financial reasons. This offer is not available in any jurisdiction where it would be inconsistent with applicable law.
